Support Staff

Support Staff needed.  $11.25 hour plus tips.  This is a hustle oriented job.  Greet people, Answer the telephone, help make reservations, bus & reset tables, help serve food. etc.  This is a job that requires person who is able to smile and be a team player.  Hard Workers only. Line Cook

Eolus Bar & Dining is  looking for experienced line cooks to join our team.
We are a fast paced, downtown, locally owned and operated restaurant.  
Great learning opportunity in fun  professional environment.
Great pay for experienced cook with a great attitude.
We utilize local produce, meats, and products to create a delicious dining experience.
We are looking for someone ideally with a minimum of 2 years cooking experience to continue to grow and learn with us.
We have a great team and we work in a well equipped, modern kitchen.

Sous Chef

Eolus Bar & Dining is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a minimum of 2 years Sous Chef experience to join our leadership team and continue to grow with us. Great salary pay for an experienced chef that includes benefits including a ski pass. We work in a well equipped, modern kitchen with a great team and are just looking to build upon what we have already started.

Eolus is a fast paced, fine dinning, dinner service only restaurant, locally owned and operated in quaint, downtown Durango, CO.
We are committed to supporting local farmers by using their products to showcase the best of what our area has to offer and enhance the overall dinning experience.

Daily Sous Chef duties include: butchering, sauce making, prep, cooking on the line & purchasing. Other duties would include leading the kitchen on the chef's days off, assisting the chef with creation of daily features as well as other menu items.

Some resume requirements are:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a full service restaurant
• Thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
• Understanding of food and labor cost
• Leadership skills to achieve goals while maintaining a high expectation of standards for quality and presentation
• Ability to build/sustain a team spirit and high morale
• Instilling strong safety and sanitation habits in all associates
